What every turnover includes

  • Beds stripped and remade, hotel style
  • Bathrooms and kitchen cleaned and sanitised
  • Dishes done, floors cleaned, rubbish removed
  • Consumables checked and low stock reported
  • Before and after photos sent to you the same day

How booking works

  1. Choose your unit size and a slot between 10:00 and 14:00.
  2. Add the address and how we get in (lockbox, key drop, or host on site).
  3. Pay online. Your booking is confirmed and added to your calendar.
  4. We clean, then send your photo report.

Our promise

We arrive on time and record the condition of the unit on arrival, so you always have a clear record. If something isn't right, tell us with a photo within 24 hours and we'll redo that area at no charge.

Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice forfeit the booking payment.
